Not a channel specialist. A growth leader.

I partner with B2C startup founders and teams when growth gets more complex and their scrappy tactics stop working.

I'm not a brand marketer or a channel specialist. I help companies identify what is really holding growth back, set clearer priorities, and build stronger systems for experimentation and learning.

My role is often to bring perspective when the team is deep in the weeds. I help founders and teams step back, see the real constraints, and focus on what drives results across market positioning, target audiences, proposition, channel frameworks or pricing.

Just as importantly, I help teams decide what to stop doing. Growth often stalls not because there are too few ideas, but because there are too many priorities and not enough scale to get reliable insights.

I have worked with 50+ companies and lived in three countries. I grew up in my family's hotel, which explains my fascination with entrepreneurship, consumer businesses and growing profitably.
